Nearly all of us have a couple extra pounds we’re trying to drop, but we often have trouble finding an activity to burn off the excess fat. To start on a path of weight loss, one should start by burning at least 200 calories a day. But running around the block for 20 minutes can get boring fast. 

So why not try chewing gum for 18 hours instead? Or you could try a passionate two hour make out session to rid yourself of 200 calories.
