Blind Man Crosses Busy Street In Manhattan

While waiting at some traffic lights, you may have heard a noise, clicking, or tone. You may not need it, but the blind depend on those sounds to know when they can safely cross the street. Manhattan, one of the world’s biggest cities disappointingly doesn’t have an audio signal to cross a street.

Even with no sound, Tommy Edison-who is obviously blind-daringly crosses the busy crosswalk at 38th st and 9th ave. We need this to go viral so Mayor Bloomberg can see what a problem this is for the seeing impaired.

How Do Blind People Use Paper Money

It’s easy for a person with normal sight to take something as simple as buying a cup of coffee for granted. But for a blind person buying something isn’t that easy. Since US dollars are all the same size, you really have to depend on people being honest when you use paper money. Just sorting your money becomes a whole ordeal.

It’s easy to take for granted all the activities that are only possible with the help of our working eyes. Being blind can make something that is trivial to most people much more difficult and tedious-like getting money from the ATM. Tommy Edison, best known as The Blind Film Critic, takes us with him as he demonstrates how to use an ATM as a blind person.

Colombiana Is The Same As Leon The Professional

The Blind Film Critic brings us another movie copy. Why can’t Hollywood just be creative and make something new for a change? First, TBFC exposed that No Strings Attached and Friends With Benefits were the same. Then that The Change Up was the same as every other change body movie. Now TBFC shows how the new movie Colombiana is really a remake, or at best, a sequel of the 1994 movie, Leon The Professional. It is even co-written by the same guy.
