Newt Gingrich is a famous right wing conservative who is openly against the LGBT community and gay marriage. At a book signing in Minneapolis, our gay hero met the 2012 Republican contender by pouring rainbow glitter all over him and his desk. “Feel the rainbow,” he cried! He was immediately escorted away, but, gosh is that funny!

The White House held a poetry night on Wednesday. Rapper Common’s poem has the Right Wing up in arms in anger. I didn’t hear anything offensive, but because Common has some other songs that are ‘inappropriate’, conservatives are proclaiming their anger. Karl rove even called Common a thug.

The Democrat, Edward J. Markey, from Massachusetts rips the GOP for trying to repeal a bill that states pollution harms people and the planet itself. The Republicans actually want to delete science. So Rep. Markey makes fun of them saying he’s afraid to stand, because conservatives might try to overturn the laws of gravity, and we all start to float around. He says that Democrats will be an equal force against the attack on science.

The Republican governors in Ohio and Wisconsin say that the current union protests are about the budget deficit. But the first thing they did in office was give big corporations huge tax breaks. So what did they think was going to happen? Now that the rich are given a break, the Republican governors are going after the working people’s money. Teachers, fire fighters, and police are making way too much. Right… When I think of rich people I think of teachers and police. But the unions have agreed to cuts, so what’s really going on? Union busting.
