Texting while driving isn’t just an American issue. No, it’s a growing problem across the Western world.

To raise awareness for the issue, RYD BELGIUM made this PSA of what a driver’s test would include once the government requires people to be able to text and drive at the same time in order to receive their driver’s license.

We may not realize it, but our years and years of watching Hollywood movies and TV shows really does affect our perceptions. And African men are particularly typecast as angry, dangerous, and violent warlords and machine gunners.

These four African students teamed up with MamaHope to show us that not all African men are dangerous lunatics. They like football and studying! The video has gone viral after being featured on Gawker, Reddit, PSFK, and BoingBoing.

British renewable energy group EcoTricity created this PSA to encourage Brits to ‘Dump The Big Six,’ refering to the big six power companies in the UK. The spot features nuclear cooling towers being demolished with cute cartoon faces added onto the towers. The video is featured on GeekOSystem, and was subsequently covered by Neatorama, TheDailyWhat, and DailyPicksAndFlicks.
