Mitt Romney went viral today after telling some hecklers that corporations are people too when discussing taxes at the Iowa State Fair. Romney says he doesn’t want to raise taxes on people, but the hecklers yell that taxes should be raised on big corporations. Romney was quick to answer that corporations are people too. Gabrielle Giffords was shot in the head on January 8, 2011 during her Congress on Your Corner event. A man opened fire into the crowd, killing six and injuring more. Amazingly, she did not die from her serious injury, and has been recovering for months. She just recently returned to Congress to vote, and received a heart warming introduction by Nancy Pelosi and a standing ovation
With the entire country broke, everyone is trying to point the finger at the guilty culprits. For some reason, out of all the wasteful spending, wars, and corruption, people – being lead by the media – have decided that teachers are the reason the government is broke. The people making around $30,000 a year who are nurturing and guiding the future citizens of the country are over paid.
I don’t get it, and neither does Matt Damon. He stands up strong to a reporter and even the cameraman defending teachers. He was right about Sarah Palin and he’s right about this. The video is going viral on Reddit.
Michele Bachmann is running for president in 2012 as a Republican. What many people may not know is she and her husband own a clinic that ‘prays the gay away’. Young LGBT people are sent to this clinic to be ‘fixed’. Marcus Bachmann even said on a television interview that, ‘barbarians need to be educated,’ referring to gay people as barbarians.
As a form a protest, a group of LGBT supporters dressed as barbarians and ‘stormed’ the clinic. When they found the Bachmanns weren’ t there, they just glittered the place and acted like barbarians.
The hacking scandal that News Of The World is accused of continued with the Rupert Murdoch and his son being grilled by British Parliament today. A disgruntled citizen was so upset with the two News Corporation owner, that he threw a pie in his face.
