Herman Cain gave an interview with Journal Sentinel, and more controversy has erupted around the Republican presidential nominee after he was asked if he agreed with president Obama’s actions concerning Libya. Cain first didn’t seem to know what the interviewer was talking about, then stumbled over his own words, and finally gave a very distant and safe answer how he would have done a better job in general.
The once small and single Occupy Wallstreet protest has grown into a full international movement. Occupy protests have sprung up around the globe, including in our neighbor to the North, Canada. And it seems America isn’t the only country where police are turning to violent measures when dealing with the Occupiers. It’s reported when protesters refused to leave Victoria Park in Halifax, Nova Scotia, police attacked, and started to physically evict them.

Oakland, California has been getting a lot of the attention for police brutality at Occupy protests, but they aren’t the only brutal California city anymore. For no apparent reason, police started clubbing University of California students in Berkeley who created their own Occupy protest. Read more on CBSNews and Gawker.
After the sex scandal that Joe Paterno apparently covered up broke out on the news, the school thought the best thing to do was fire JoePA. But PSU students do not agree that the famous head coach should have been fired when many other administrators and officials also turned a blind eye to alleged sex abuse. The students rioted in the streets, and here, flipped over a WTJA van. The video is featured on YouTubeTrends.
