Online Russian prankster VitalyzdTv teamed up with LAHWF for the idea for his latest prank. He simply walked around the BYU campus wearing cool 80′s shades, and asked girls to put their phone number in his phone. That’s it.

Shockingly, the plan worked surprisingly well. Who knew that all you need to get the girls is confidence, a low BMI, and facial symmetry?

LAHWF, the popular online college pranksters who specialize in awkwardness, have returned to the BYU campus to get down and awkward with their fellow students.

In this episode, titled Disagreeing With PeopleAndrew walked up to random strangers and asked a simple question, like what’s the date, or time.

No matter what answer he was given, he would instantly disagree and argue with the shocked helper. Who disagrees with someone when they were the ones asking the question?

Naturally, the awkwardness is so thick, you can cut it with a knife.

Now that pay phones have been almost completely wiped out, what is one supposed to do if they lose their cell phone or run out of juice? It may not work in most public places, but on a college campus, most fellow students who are equally addicted to technology won’t bat an eye offering their phone for you to make a call.

And that’s exactly what Andrew Hales was hoping for. With the  candid cameras rolling, Andrew simply asked his peers hanging out on the quad of BYU if he could borrow their cell phone. He then proceeded to simply walk away with their phone, and sometimes instantly ran away with their phones!

The reactions of the victims range from utter shock and disbelief that someone just stole their phone to running after and violently tackling Andrew.

Monotone Andrew Hails and prank group  have come up with one of their best awkward social experiments yet.

Andrew just walked around the boardwalk of Venice Beach attempting to hug complete strangers. People reacted in a variety of ways, from immediately hugging Andrew back in open arms, to yelling, “Get away from me.”

His sister Jacklyn also joined in the fun, and might have even struck out worse.

Of course, this is Venice Beach, California. People’s reactions may have been a little more rough if they attempted the same in Texas, for example.

But one fan of the experiment was truly touched and commented, “We need this everywhere, at all times.”
