Fox 11 News obviously has nothing else to report on, so they try to conquer the ‘Internet Phenomenon’ of trolls. Guess what media, ‘troll’ is not just a word when talking about mean people online. A troll is someone who is trying to touch a nerve and provoke a response. It’s not a news story, and it’s definitely not new. Just another report on the Internet for people who don’t use the Internet. Anyone online should be laughing at this ‘news’ report. I am.

The news is becoming more of a joke, and Fox 4 makes a real joke with a fake news story full of social media call outs. Instead of giving a report on a shooting, the news crew keeps checking their Twitter, posting Facebook pictures, calling out their MySpace page.

Kathleen Edward is terminally ill with huntington disease. Her situation viral when she was taunted by her neighbors. The Internet was furious by the taunting and decided to fight back with love. Donations came from all over the world and Kathleen was given the red carpet treatment, literally. She had a long limo, fire trucks and police blocked the road, and she was showered with rose petals. The crowd cheered for her, and she had an unlimited shopping spree, given by the toy store owner who empathized with her family and being bullied. Internet FTW!
