Last summer, Kim Clark and her team created a series entirely based on this powerful interview, called Big Questions. But only has the video gone viralviral, amassing over 350,000 views in just one day after appearing on Reddit.

Homeless man Ronald Davis discusses the trials and tribulations of being homeless in Chicago. He truly puts things in perspective when he tells the interviewers how he can’t get a job without a phone, and can’t get a phone without a job.

“I’ve had people walk past me and say, ‘get a job bum.’ I’m not a bum. I’m a human being,” says Ronald as he holds back tears.

Now, it seems Ronald is the new homeless star of the web, just like Ted Williams, aka The Man With The Golden Voice. The story has already been picked up by Gawker and HuffingtonPost

While most of the Internet is focused with Romney, The Chicago Young Republicans jabbed at president Obama for his lack of delivering all that ‘hope and change’ people were promised in this new viral video

Spoofing Carly Rae Jepsen’s overplayed one hit wonder Call Me Maybe, the CYR’s tell their fellow young conservatives that though “it’s hard to be right, in Chicago… we’re all here for a better tomorrow!”

The new political video is featured on Inquisitir and HuffPost.

Weiner’s Circle is one of Chicago’s most famous late night hot dog spots. People flock to the vintage stand for their famous chardogs and burgers, but also for the very adult-themed atmosphere. It’s definitely not a place to bring the kids.

Conan O’Brien has been recording a week long special of his Conan show in Chicago, and sent the mild mannered 30 Rock star Jack McBrayer and the vulgar Triumph the Insult Comic Dog to the stand with a camera crew for some crude and dirty fun.

The new video already has over 210,000 views, and is featured on HuffPost, Chicagoist, and DailyPicks

Remember the Internet famous JK Wedding Entrance Dance back in 2009? Well, there is finally some competition for having the most awesome and unique wedding celebration.

Last weekend’s Jaquette & Perkins wedding was a lovely affair like most weddings. But it got a special sports-lovers kick when it was discovered that 1990′s Chicago Bulls announcer Ray Clay was in the house.

The bridal party introductions was truly a one of a kind event. The video is featured on TheDailyWhatSportsGrid, and DeadSpin

Covering a news story on the streets can help the viewers feel more invested in a story, but there are risks for the crew. Besides for bad weather and the like, the worst part of reporting on the streets are the people.

You never know who you’re going to bump into. It could be the Crazy Spitting Lady of Chicago.

While trying to cover one of their ‘Did You Know’ segments in downtown Chicago, this unlucky WCIU news crew had the ‘pleasure’ of being greeted by the Crazy Spitting Lady.

After she finally left, the reporter couldn’t help himself. “I feel like I need hand sanitizer… Was that the weirdest exchange?” the reporter asks the cameraman while laughing.
