So when TJ checked into the Hampton inn in Ashville, North Carolina, the manager knew she had to do something special for their honorary guest.

The next morning, TJ was invited to the Hampton team morning meeting, and then they all crammed into an the elevator for a ride. It was a small gesture that left everyone with a special feeling.

Matt W. has spastic cerebral palsy, a debilitating disease that makes mobility difficult in every way. So when Matt’s elementary school had a field day, Matt’s teachers gave him the option to opt out.

But Matt is a boy full of determination, and he wanted to do what everyone else was doing. After two minutes of the race, everyone else was finished running, but Matt still had two more laps to complete.

Still, Matt pushed on, and his always supportive gym teacher joined him. Soon, all the kids were behind Matt walking in solidarity, and cheering him until the finish.

The heartwarming video has gone viral after being featured on TheDailyWhat

The Welcome Home Blog has again gone viral with their latest US service personal family reunion video submission. Mom who submitted the viral video says:

“When my husband left on his deployment, our 6-year-old son could not walk on his own. He has cerebral palsy. Doctors originally said that he would never walk or do much of anything. While daddy was away, he learned to walk. For his homecoming, we set it up for Michael to walk to his daddy for the first time ever! We kept the fact that he could walk a secret the whole time his dad was gone!”

Now the two day old video has already amassed over 650,000 hits, and is featured on YouTubeTrends, FoxNation, Neatorama, and DailyMail
