As their name suggests, Amsterdam In Video specializes in all things Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Over the weekend, their first video to go viral hit the trending charts, amassing 85,000 views in just a matter of days.

In the short video, which roughly translates to Helmsmanship the canal, an extremely long passenger boat attempts to make too sharp of a turn to Amsterdam’s narrow canals. To a passerby, the boat seemed to be heading directing into the canal wall!

But at the last moment, the captain turned the engines to the left as far as possible and hit the gas. Incredibly, the boat sailed through the narrow canal without even the slightest hiccup.

YouTuber ForsakenMadMan appropriately retitles the video, “Amsterdam drift.”

Richard and Laura Howard celebrated their 20th anniversary in La Paz Mexico at Costa Baja Resort/Spa. They took a fun boat ride to hang out with the local friendly sea lions, but that was interrupted by a pod of orca killer whales which decided to chase their boat like playful dolphins.

Now, video of their close encounter has gone viral!

Cassandra Brooks was on an icebreaker boat traveling through the Ross Sea, Antarctica for two long months. The entire time, the special camera on top of the Nathaniel B. Palmer icebreaker has recording constant footage.

She condensed the extended film into this epic five minute time lapse that has gone viral over the weekend, amassing over 100,000 views. Cassandra narrates the video, discussing all the different types of ice and scenery she and her team encountered in a soft and calming voice.

NSFW Warning – language

Dane Steube was on the lake when he and his fellow boaters ran out of gas. Thankfully, a another nice crew of people enjoying the lake gave them a tow. While towing, one of the helpful men who obviously already had a couple, yelled to his new friends, “Hey, I need a beer.”

They may not have had gas, but they naturally had planned ahead and had plenty of beer. “He needs a beer, throw him a beer,” the cameraman responded.

Problem was, the beer can hit the receiver directly in the face, causing him to fall off the boat into the water.

“Holy f***, you’re kidding me!”
