Juan Antonio Flecha and Johnny Hoogerland were leading in the 9th circuit of the Tour De France when a French TV car recording footage of the bikers swerved to miss a tree, and hit the two bikers. They weren’t hurt seriously, and got back into the race. The driver was of course fired. If this happened in America, he would also be sued.
