Most people are surprised to learn that baby otters don’t instinctually know how to swim when they are born. Ironically, the water animals have to teach their young how to swim, much like humans.

And similarly to people, the mother otter will seemingly drag their young to the water’s edge, and throw them in with a splash. It may look a little rough at first, but it’s really no different than signing your kid up for swimming lessons at the local pool or YMCA in the summer

The Oregon Zoo has gone viral with this adorable video featuring their baby river otter Molalla. In less than a week, the video highlighting Molalla’s first ‘swimming lesson’ has accumulated over 300,000 views

Seven year old Jack Hoffman of Atkinson, Nebraska is not your everyday boy. For one thing, he is battling brain cancer. For another, he is supported by the Nebraska Huskers support crew Team Jack.

Jack was befriended by star running back Rex Burkhead, who has since been the leader of the support team.

Football operations director Jeff Jamrog and C.J. Zimmerer thought it would be a great opportunity to get Jack on the field during the big Spring Game.

When it was finally Jack’s time to shine, he ran 69 yards to score a touchdown. Both benches were emptied as all the players rose to their feet to celebrate Jack’s touchdown.

Since debuting over the weekend, the heartwarming video has garnered over 1.8 million views, and is further reviewed on HuffPost, NewYorkDailyNews, FoxNews, and NBCSports

Dogs, especially Rottweilers, are famous for eating nearly anything. But after trying one shrimp, Amy Spruell‘s rottweiler Max could only shake his head no after being offered a second piece.

Over and over, Amy asks, ‘Do you want it?’ and places a nice shrimp in front of Max. No, no no! Obviously, he prefers Burger King over Long John Silvers.

The funny pet video from 2010 has just experienced a second surge of viewership this weekend.
