The new iPod Touch is basically an iPhone 4 just with out the phone capabilities. It has Facetime and can play cool games.

If you’re going to buy an expensive piece of consumer electronics, why destroy it and throw your money away? It’s the same as paying to much for tax preparations. Today the portable gaming market is being hurt by all the new mobile devices that have casual gaming on them. It used to just be the PSP vs the Nintendo DS. Now cell phones are hurting the PSP’s sales. Here Sony trying to convince people they need a PSP even if they have an iPhone for gaming. Sorry Sony, it doesn’t seem to be working.
