World’s Smallest Car

In the debut episode of their 19th series, BBC Top Gear host Jeremy Clarkson drives the world’s smallest ‘car,’ if you can even call it that. The car/motorcycle hybrid of sorts leaves the driver’s arms exposed to the elements, and maybe one of the least safe forms of motor travel.
