Tree Relocation In Australia

What do you do when you need to perform road upgrades, but there are mature trees in the way? In America we would probably just chop the trees down and sell ‘em for lumber, but Australians have a different mindset. 

They are saving all the mature trees between High Street and Kangan Drive in Berwick during the the Clyde Road Upgrade. They used an impressive machine to literally scoop the tree up from the roots, and relocated it in a nice new hole.
