African Men On Hollywood Stereotypes

We may not realize it, but our years and years of watching Hollywood movies and TV shows really does affect our perceptions. And African men are particularly typecast as angry, dangerous, and violent warlords and machine gunners.  

These four African students teamed up with MamaHope to show us that not all African men are dangerous lunatics. They like football and studying! The video has gone viral after being featured on Gawker, Reddit, PSFK, and BoingBoing.
