The Ukraine was just hit by some severe cold weather, so much so that the Black Sea on the shores of Odessa, Ukraine quickly froze. It must have happened at a shocking speed, because the newly formed ice was making horrible squeaking and creaking sounds that would fit in a winter horror movie.
