 The thing about reporting on a building demolition is that you have to be on time. This reporter is literally five minutes late. Right when he says, “In about five minutes from now,” the building crumbles, and all he can do is duck out of the way. You can even hear a producer say, “Five minutes, huh?” and, Surprise!”
