Deactivating A Dog

First there was the viral video showcasing how to ‘deactivate a cat’. Now this new video just came out showing how one family can ‘turn the dog off’. Just by putting a brown paper bag over the dog’s head, he freezes and won’t listen to commands. Take the bag off, and he’s back to normal. The video is shared on SayOMG.
