**Not safe for work, Graphic language and imagery**
The inner voice is a very powerful force. You can be alone and you’re negative self starts telling you you’re fat, dumb, or ugly. There’ s a positive voice, but it always seems to lose to the negative’s argument. We all need to realize we’re the hardest on ourselves, and we don’t have to be.
