Whoopi Goldberg Stoned, High On The View Television Show

Whoopi was jet lagged and took sedative medicine for her flight. She was still a little bit loopy. Even though she acted goofy, she still held it together.  All they got after cutting an entire The View show was 2 minutes of Whoopi acting kind of high. She acted more over tired than high or stoned.
